OPEN DOOR originated from a nightmare that didn’t end when it should have – so I structured it, embellished it, and with a lot of help, recruited a team that could bring it to life. Like any memorable dream, the film should leave the viewer wanting more and filling in the meaning with their own hopes and fears.
