I’ve always been interested in the dynamic of the traditional nuclear family and wanted to push it to its breaking point with this film. If you truly love someone, how far would you be willing to go to maintain that relationship and what happens when you throw kids into the mix? This is a proof of concept short film and is the opening scene to an accompanying feature project in which we see the ramifications of this fateful night in the lives of the Riley family.
