Every night, the peaceful streets of Stuttgart are being plagued with the sudden appearance of a dark figure wearing a clown’s mask. Nobody knows what the anonymous person could be up to. Being confrontated with the Clown, each citizen reacts in their very own manner. Abnormal situations escalate.

Shot in public, the film consists of both, documentary and staged confrontations with a masked person searching for attention.
