Director’s Vision

I can confidently say that this is the most personal film I’ve made. I, alongside nine other filmmakers, was tasked to make a film about LA and its relationship with water. What emerged was an emotional portrait of grief, mental health, and my spirituality especially as I pursue my career as a filmmaker in LA. There’s a healing power with water and I thought about all the times when I felt overwhelmed or grapplying with depression or anxiety, I would go to the water.
