Flicker is set in the present day and follows “Clark” an electrician, and his fall into a dark surreal encounter with something that is not of this world.

A few years ago his daugther “Rosie” went missing, plagued by his loss, his days consists of going to the next fix or repair. On this call he will discover the unimaginable horror that lies within the water plant.
