Directors statement

As our second 48 Hour Film production, we really wanted to focus on the craft, and taking on the 48 is a fun challenge to be a part of the film maker community, while giving us a chance to not take ourselves too seriously. Given the time frame of the competition to write, shoot, edit and complete a whole short, it’s always an awesome endurance run to refine and sharpen our skills, and it always bleeds over to the next project. Another thing that made us proud about this piece is the maturity of our writing process. We were able to complete this script in half the time it would usually take us, and have been able to capture a truly nice piece of drama.
