Director’s Vision for ‘Not Black Enough’
On June 2nd, 2018 while working on the screenplay to this film, I traveled down to South Carolina to visit the Joseph Manigault Museum; the plantation where my direct ancestors were owned, lived, and died as slaves.On that soil, this script was written.
