Director’s Statement

MICKEY HARDAWAY explores mental health in a timely and vital way that can cinematically change and educate lives. The story follows Mickey, a 25-year-old sketch artist who visits a renowned psychiatrist as his life begins sprawling out of control due to years of physical and verbal abuse.

This is the very first script I’ve ever written, this story and message follows my own personal struggles with life and knowing what it’s like too have people not believe in me and my goals, millions of people who walk along in my foot steps feel the same and can relate. It’s the most passionate story I feel I will ever write and it’s the dream film I want to present to the world.
