Carlo and Claudia are a married couple in the midst of a heated argument about a possible infidelity but have agreed that neither of them can leave the bedroom until it is resolved. A short film about the art of marriage (and cinema).

Director’s Statement

As someone who has been married for almost 30 years, I’m often asked if there is a secret to why we have lasted so long? In addition to my usual response that we laugh a lot and have many of the same interests, we also love each other beyond anything else and are the most important people in each other’s lives. So I wanted to make a film that ultimately says something positive about marriage and how every couple has their own way of keeping things fresh, in a style that also celebrates my second love: cinema. My wife would also remind me to offer a disclaimer that the way Carlo and Claudia go about keeping their marriage fresh is purely fiction and in no way reflective of our own relationship!
