During a city-wide blackout, a thief robbing an empty bar is interrupted by a pregnant couple desperate to get to the hospital, and their cab driver who harbors more than one secret. Unable to retrieve his loot, the thief plays bartender, hoping to wait out the intrusion. But with traffic gridlocked and the city shut down, the travelers stay longer than anticipated and bitter conflict soon erupts.

Director’s Statement

I wanted to make a film that was theatrical and paid homage to Playhouse 90, the American television dramas from the 1950’s.
