A method actor gets so into her role she completely forgets her real life.

Director’s Vision

The idea for this short came to me back in 2011 when I was in theatre school and we were being inundated with all the different styles of acting. I just couldn’t wrap my head around “the method”. If I were a method actor did all the crew and equipment on a film set cease to exist? If I were doing a play would I not know an audience was watching? This short is a playful critique of the inherent absurdity of method acting.
