In The Campfire Light is a dark, dramatic short film that illuminates the complexity of the American dream in all its glitter-addicted glory; positioning the aspiring performer in the spotlight, the film examines the susceptibility of ambition to exploitation, staging the elusive bewitching dance between power, sexuality, and its inevitable offspring: insecurity.
