AMERICANO is character-driven thriller about ISAAC, a struggling Syrian immigrant.

He wants what all of us are chasing–the American dream.

Isaac does “unofficial” monitoring work his employer, a statesman named HOLLESTER, in exchange for a signed deportation appeal—keeping him and his wife ANTONIA from being removed from the US. After Hollester betrays his promise, Isaac discovers evidence (kept on a chess knight USB drive) pointing his employer to a tragedy unfolding across social media.

Isaac’s story, OUR story, takes off—and Hollester does everything he can to stop it.
