In April we cover four short films with different genres and themes. Noodles Forever is a comedic tragedy about a father’s accident on his way to his daughter’s birthday party. World Suicide is a sci-fi animation that follows a lone insider’s attempt to stop the world’s corrupt ruling class. Punch Drunk is a drama about a bartender’s struggle to work while recovering from cervical surgery. Finally, Mother is a dramatic environmental short film that personifies Mother Nature and shows her decline as a reflection of the world’s environmental degradation.
