Director’s Statement

Wicken was an attempt to make an unsettling supernatural horror short film by creating an original entity whose mythology can be further explored in a planned feature film. Though it was made on a micro-budget with minimal crew, it was a labor of love by all involved to make a horror short film in Dubai where horror short films are nowhere to be found. I hope you have a spooky time with it 🙂
