Directors Statement

I wanted to create a genre film with a band of misfits in a neon world. A world where punk rock characters are drinking all day and night…. Where a socially awkward outcast is put into this world and fed bloody marys. A black out film where the protagonist enters an unexplainable rabbit hole… An ensemble film with a touch of hysteria and black comedy. This is Wake Up!
