Under the veil of mascualinity, it is too often seen as a weakness to open up to others. It requires strength, courage, and a vulnerability rarely expressed. By the same token there is a vulnerability needed to be receptive to such expression. The convergence of these two paths creates a safe space. A space to break and grow, to reveal and confide, to speak and to listen.

We made this film to help normalise safe spaces for men. That it’s ok not to have to journey alone but to seek others in whom you feel create the environment for positive and constructive expression.
