Moments after surviving a nuclear explosion, two survivors hear a knocking on the shelter door.
Director’s Statement
I wanted to challenge myself with how much pressure we could hit two characters with while confining ourselves to only one location. We wanted to take the lesson Spielberg learnt in JAWS ( what you don’t see is much scarier) and push it as far as we could. This lead my sound designer and I to expand the world sonically. From the second the film begins we wanted your ears to take you on a journey with these characters and make your blood pump before you even get a visual image.
