Born into a world of chance, it’s quickly learned that the battle for existence depends on fast thinking, aggressive actions and an obstacle larger than life.

Director’s Statement

The story of Fat Chance is a playful short film with a bit of tongue-in-cheek humor about the battle for identity and survival. The idea of the film started around 2008 while I was in the midst of my first short film Two Worlds.

The story had many rewrites along with a few concept changes to the characters. It was a balancing act trying to keep the characters cute and friendly while competing for survival in this specific setting.

The production of Fat Chance is using Cinema 4D, 3DS Max, FumeFX and After Effects.
