Director’s Vision for ‘Boris’

‘Boris’ is a meditation, experiment and assembly of characters and ideas. The genesis of the script came from the desire to write something for the genius musician/artist/historian Jesse Brinkenhoff who stars in the film as Boris. ‘Boris’ was inspired by ‘The Idiot’ by Fyodor Dostoevsky and ‘Death and the Compass’ by Jorge Luis Borges.
