Boohoo! is a short chase-and-dance rom-com about a glamorous bicycle thief with a big crush and even bigger plans. The film takes a meet-cute trope and pushes it quickly to a bizarre extreme, essentially to say: if it’s true love, then who cares how weird the first date is?
