Director’s Statement

I wanted to do a short film in the vein of a fun romantic comedy much like the princess bride. I also wanted to implement a lot of what happened when I proposed to my wife into the script, i.e. burning my shirt, and attempting to go above and beyond while things just don’t work out correctly. Upon thinking of ideas, my DP mentioned he always wanted to do something with dinosaurs. That sparked the idea that is now A Time to Remember.
