Following the trending fashion of sentimental social unfolding similar to award-winning and acclaimed films like ‘Les grandes claques” & “La couleur de Tes lèvres” among many others. In ‘Le vidéoclip (The Music Video)’, director Camille Poirier takes us through an unforeseen situation as Clara, a 13-year-old tomboy, agrees to undergo a radical change of style in order to be in her older brother’s music video. She soon notices that this transformation changes her brother’s friend’s behaviour towards her.

Camille Poirier is from Abitibi-Témiscamingue. She currently lives in Montreal where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in film at UQÀM in 2014. First specialized in video editing, The Music Video is the first short fiction film she has made since the end of her studies. Her desire to make movies comes from a fascination with the world around her and her need to investigate it.
