A classic revenge tale begins in a schoolyard and ends at the heart of the modern frontier.

The Western genre interested me because it is so deeply ingrained in American culture, both influencing and influenced by the way we view ourselves and the rest of the world. I wanted to take some of these iconic characters, themes, and plot devices, drop them in a modern setting, and look at how Hollywood’s depiction of old west morality and heroism manifests itself in the present day.
