A bunch of the pieces of the film are years of sitting on different ideas and then compiling them into one project. I still remember sitting in my living room a year ago researching unique and untouched ways to portray these feelings. What connected all the pieces was the opening line in the film. When I heard that, it stuck with me forever and brought the project to a whole.
