Neon Souls is an experimental portrait-style film that captures the spectrum of human emotion through vibrant neon light and whispered intimacy. Featuring twenty individuals, the film transforms joy, sorrow, love, anger, and vulnerability into glowing visual poetry—an arresting meditation on what it means to be human in full color.

Director’s Vision for ‘Neon Soul’

Neon Souls was conceived as an abstract, experimental, and emotionally charged work. Produced, directed, shot, and edited by me, Daniel Carberry, the film stripped away narrative constraint and, large crews to amplify raw vulnerability. My intention was to create space where authentic emotion could be not only expressed but magnified—capturing raw emotion in its most honest form, heavily stylized and dripping in color.
