A visual ode to stillness and breathing, Don’t Forget to Breathe moves through intimate vignettes of tension in everyday life where we can find quiet release. Without dialogue or product, it reframes advertising itself as an act of mindfulness, inviting viewers to pause, inhale, and return to the present.
Director’s Vision for ‘Don’t Forget To Breathe’
I always love to make projects that push me towards a way of thinking, a belief, or a habit I value but under appreciate. This project forced me to think about all those small and random moments when we need mindfulness but fail to realize it. We know that when we’re deeply anxious or experiencing panic, slowing down and breathing is a path towards a sense of ease. I wanted to capture moments that feel less serious and easy to miss in our day-to-day life to illustrate just how important it is to constantly seek mindfulness.
