When I’m not filming or composing music, I’m usually running or nordic skiing. This project grew from my love for film, music, and endurance sports and became a self-portrait about the life-affirming joy I find in the outdoors — and how that joy carries me through the repetitive and sometimes overwhelming parts of daily life, where even small tasks can feel like victories.
