After The Rain Trailer 2
This is the second teaser trailer to my film After The Rain released in April 2012. Remembering the fun I had editing this trailer and the first version is what motivated me to create the Trailers section on Film Shortage.
The film is about a man who finds himself stranded in his thoughts, examining the reality that the pouring rain is showing him. But after a series of déjà vu experiences he realizes that the rain is making him see things that aren’t really there and noticed that something is terribly wrong, that something is being hidden from him.
This version of the trailer uses shots that are much closer to the final film compared to the previous version, and went with an upbeat song from Montreal band The Suuns which is rather different from the tone of the film, but also creates some questions which arise during the short.
